The Relais offers eight comfortable and relaxing rooms which have beensophisticatedly furnished with great attention to detail. Each room is inspired by the colours of the local area (also giving each room its name) depending on whether it overlooks the soft rolling Marche hills or the village.
 The four floors of the property are devoted to the four elements:
- Water for Hydra, the welcoming and intimate spa located on the lower floor
- Earth for Gaia, hosting the Reception, Breakfast Room and lounge
- Fire and the energy of the Sun for the first floor, which accommodates three Superior rooms and the Olive Junior Suite
- Air for the second floor, which accommodates the final Superior room, two Junior Suites and the Nectar Suite
 Like the walls enclosing the historic centre of the village, the noble palace which now houses the Relais dates back to the 14th century and was subsequently decked out in late Liberty style in the early 1900s. The decision was made to preserve the palace's dominant features, resulting in a careful restoration of the marble flooring on the ground and first floors as well as on the impressive central staircase whose wooden and iron die-cast handrail has been preserved in addition to the wooden wall pannelling, intrados friezes, windows, balcony and coat of arms on the front door.
The green and environmentally friendly materials used in the renovation, such as clay for natural temperature control, soils for plaster and water saving Hansgrohe taps, were combined with modern heating and air conditioning technologies installed in the walls, making Relais a pleasant marriage of history, superb comfort and concern for the environment.
Each floor (and the Nectar Suite) has a revitalised water dispenser. Guests can drink the water cool or use it to make black and fruit teas using the kettle, cups and glasses provided in the rooms. A sip of light poetry to guarantee psychophysical and spiritual wellbeing.
