Mombaldone is a small medieval jewel nestled in the badlands, like an oasis in a desert of tuff softened by the broom. It is the only country of Asti Langa which is still surrounded by its original walls and that hasn’t changed its structure from the date of the foundation. Strolling through its unique alley from which start full of passages, narrow streets, arches and courtyards, means taking a trip a trip in the past.
