A tiny castle along the Gothic line!
Well proportioned and placed in the rolling hills of Rimini, Montegridolfo is an excellent integration of medieval architecture with the surrounding landscape: the warm color of bricks contrasting with the lush green hills and everything seems to be suspended in time and space, waiting to be rediscovered and relived. The castle, which dates back to the fourteenth century, transformed now in the Town Hall, was built by the noble family of Malatesta to guard against the Ducato di Montefeltro and preserved, thanks to A careful restoration work, all of its original charm.
