A taste of Piedmont wines

This guided tour of a historical wine cellar is historical presentation of the neo-Gothic Albertine Complex and its current order: the Univesity of gastronomic sciences , the Slow Food Italian Movement and the Wine Bank . The visit in the cellars will be accompanied the tasting of the most famous wines of the area , from one to five glasses.
