This short and easy path takes place along a stretch of the Pliocene fossil dune, a few hundred meters from the sea, not far from the beautiful medieval village of Torre di Palme (Fermo). It is located in a small grove, surrounded by countryside in part abandoned, that Marche Region has also listed as a protected Floristic area, as it represents one of the few Mediterranean vegetation edges of the Marche coast: the Forest of Cugnolo.
