MONTEGIOVI: VISIT OF A MILL AND TASTING EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
This Tuscan mill was founded in 1996 by Mr Fausto Borselli who bought the land used for hay and wheat and turned them into olive groves and vineyards. The company is certified at international level and through the constant Q Certifications biological control is able to fully meet the high quality standards which requires the market today, thanks to the new company mill.
The mill, over the years, has changed being able to extract continuously, completely cold (by monitoring temperature of each phase never exceeds 27 ° C), extra virgin organic olive oil of high quality but particularly delicate, thanks to two fundamental pre-rogatives: the main autochthonous cultivation of Mount Amiata, which is the Seggianese Olivastra, and the respect of the fruit and its perfumes.
