Visit of Amalfi and the Borgo of Albori

The enchanting town of Amalfi, with its wonderful views, is the main destination of the Amalfi coast, which symbol is without any doubt the lemon that with its flowers fills the air with inebriating smells. From lemon  is obtained the famous Limoncello, a liqueur of excellence, known appreciated the world over. During the visit of Amalfi we lead you through a short Lemon tour with a visit of the Museum of Arts & Crafts and visit to the liquor lab with practical demonstration about the production of “Limoncello” and other typical liquors with tasting. Our journey in Amalfi Coast will proceed with a visit in the borgo of Albori, set in the municipality of Vietri sul Mare. Happy combination of sea and mountains, but also heritage of art treasures, Albori is a cluster of colored buildings facing the sea, huddled against each other and squeezed between narrow streets and alleys, built to form a strategic defense against the Arabs. The town of Vietri sul Mare, gateway to the Amalfi Coast, since Medieval times has been famous for its ceramics. For generations, the inhabitants of this pretty seaside town have been producing precious porcelain, more often painted in bright yellows, greens and blues.
