The city of two seas!
Located on the western tip of Sicily, between the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Strait of Sicily, Trapani offers a charming atmosphere, with landscapes of extraordinary beauty. The configuration of the city to double sickle that juts into the sea, almost to divide the Tyr-rhenian from the Mediterranean Sea, gives it the name of  “city of two seas”. The old town of Trapani fully reflects Sicily, a land of conquest and a mix of cultures such as Carthaginian and Roman, but also a succession of eras who flaunt their beauty and characterize the different corners of the city with monuments, churches, buildings, foun-tains and squares that tells us about a glorious past. We will visit the sanctuary of the Annunciation, the Church of Purgatory with groups of statues of the passion of Christ, the Cathedral and the Fish Market.
