Day 1: Selinunte, Sambuca

Arrival at the airport of Trapani or Palermo
Transfer to Castelvetrano
Visit the archaeological site of Selinunte, one of Sicily's great Greek archaeolog-ical sites, set by the sea. This breathtaking archaeological park is huge, incorpo-rating Greek temples, ancient town walls, the ruins of residential and commercial buildings, countryside paths and zones not yet excavated – 2 h
Transfer to Sambuca di Sicilia
Visit a famous local winery and tasting of fine typical wines

Day 2: Sambuca

Departure for a meeting with a shepherd who will show you the production process of Ricotta cheese and other derivatives that you will taste – 1 h
