In our chocolate factory, the pastry chef, along with his staff bakes, packages and kneads every day delicious ice cream flavors from classic to those most refined, colorful and delicious frozen desserts and ice cream cakes, perfumed and fragrant biscuits and inviting chocolate in various forms: from tablets, to dragès, pralines.
Everything here is prepared with the utmost attention to the choice of raw materials and quality.
The pastry chef  is a founding member of the renowned Ethics Association of Taste, which includes the most stringent pastry chefs, chocolatiers and ice cream makers of our region
